John the Baptist had one goal and that was to get people to Jesus. His job was to remove anything in their life that would hinder them from believing in Him. He was like the messenger that went before the king. He was the man that prepared the way. I need to be like John. My goal in life is not to make myself great but to make Jesus great. I need to get this same attitude. It is all about Jesus!
