No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.  Matthew 6:24

There is only one master. Have you ever had a job where there was supposed to be more than one person in charge? It can get extremely frustrating very fast. One boss will tell you to do it this way and the other boss will tell you do it that way.  Pretty soon you will have to decide which boss is going to be number one. Who is the final decision maker?  The same is true in your life if you are in high school or college. You will come to a point in your life where you are going to decide who are you going to listen to.  Is it going to be the culture, your friends, your teachers, or your parents? However, some people do not believe that this applies to believing God.  They think that they can serve money and God at the same time. This is totally false! You can only have one master!
