Dear Friends and Prayer Partners,

We are deeply thankful for all that God has done over the past month of ministry here in Ecuador, and we’d like to take a moment to reflect on and share some of the highlights with you. Your prayers and support mean so much to us, and we are constantly encouraged by your partnership in the Gospel.

The month of September started off with great excitement. On the first Sunday, we held a special service to celebrate the beginning of the new school year. It was an incredible blessing to see over 150 people gathered together in worship, including 20 first-time visitors. These special events have opened new doors for us to share the message of the Gospel, and we are thrilled by the opportunity to connect with so many new families. We are constantly reminded that God is working in hearts and we are honored to be a part of that.

In the second week of September, our family was fortunate enough to take a vacation. It was a wonderful time to step back, spend some quality time together as a family, and recharge our spirits.

We would like to ask you to pray for the country of Ecuador as it has been facing some significant challenges recently. Frequent power outages—sometimes lasting up to 12 hours a day—have caused widespread disruption. On top of that, the Quito area has been battling several forest fires throughout September, which have created additional challenges and disruptions. These situations have made it difficult to carry out some of our planned services and events. Please join us in praying for the situation to improve, not just for the sake of ministry, but for the well-being of the entire community.

Even in the face of these difficulties, God has continued to show His faithfulness. In the last week of September, we hosted a weekend focused on families, which was a great success. We enjoyed a church outing at a local park, where families were able to connect, fellowship, and have fun together. On Sunday, we had a special family-focused service. Though we were without power during the service, it didn’t dampen the spirit of worship. In fact, it felt like a beautiful reminder that the presence of God is not dependent on electricity or conveniences. Despite the challenges, we were blessed with 10 new visitors, and the service was truly special.

As we look ahead to the coming months, we remain hopeful and excited about what God has in store. Thank you, once again, for your continued prayers, encouragement, and financial support. We could not do this without you. Your partnership enables us to continue serving here in Ecuador, and we are so grateful to have you alongside us in this journey of faith and ministry.

May God bless you abundantly as you continue to serve Him where you are.

Thank you very much for your support and prayers!
God Bless, The Blooms
