I am the type of guy that tries to aways do what I say. I don’t ever want to make a false promise. I want to be a man of my word. However, many times I will not live up to what I said that I was going to do. I forget about it. I don’t think that it is important. I think that the other person has forgot about it and I will not keep my promise. This verse teaches me that God is far greater than I am and always keeps His promises. God inspired a book of the Bible hundreds of years before Matthew but His Word still came true. All the prophecies about Jesus came true. I have a God that keeps His promises!
