Following Jesus means that we should give up our own personal desires and wants. It means that we are going to put what Jesus wants before what we want. This is hard to do and many times people will simple ignore this truth and live in any way that they desire. I don’t ever want to put my goals and plans before God’s. His will should be the ruling factor in my life!
