And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren? 34 And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother. Mark 3:33-35
There are many people today that will look at Mary the mother of Jesus and think that we should worship her. When I went to visit Peru last October I saw statues of Mary that people worship. This is totally unbiblical! These people have not read their Bible. This verse makes it clear that Mary is not in any way special. Jesus is God and is the only one that we should worship!
