November Prayer Letter
Dear Prayer Partners and Friends,
We are very excited to announce that we have put a deposit down on a piece of property across the street from the building where we are currently. It is a piece of property with 400 square meters, which is an ideal size to build a church building. It already has some small rooms that could be used as classrooms. Because of the generosity of several individuals and churches, we were able to put down a deposit of ten thousand dollars. The total cost of the land is fifty-five thousand dollars. We have three months to pay the remaining forty-five thousand dollars. We are currently at 24% raised of the needed funds. I would like to ask you to pray and consider giving so we can raise the remaining funds required. In October, we had the opportunity to celebrate the Lord’s Supper for the first time as a church! It was an excellent opportunity to remember what Jesus did on the cross for us. On Sunday nights, we have started a Bible study at the home of one of our church members in a barrio or neighborhood that is about a mile from where we are currently. We had a special event in October, and the Lord blessed us with 17 first-time visitors who heard the Gospel. There is also a lady that has started attending and told us that she had been praying for a church in her area. It is exciting to see God answering prayers!
