The technology that we have today is amazing. My iphone has a far better computer in it than NASA’s computer that was used to guide astronauts to the moon in 1969. We can do more than ever before with the technology we have, but there is one thing that science will never be able to do. It  cannot remove sin. This is a task that no human or computer can ever do. It is a task that is humanly impossible. Ever since the fall, man has known this. We have tried everything possible but there is nothing that we can do to remove sin. This verse gives us hope. It is promising Israel that there is coming a day when God will take away sin. He will cast them into the depths of the sea. We know from the Bible that this task was accomplished when Jesus died on the cross for our sins. I am reminded that I need to be thankful today because no matter how I feel, God has taken away my sin. He has accomplished the impossible task for us and anyone who believes on Him will have there sins removed. This is something to be thankful for!
